Workbook for Writing and Reading Macedonian
This workbook gently introduces the printed letters in the Macedonian alphabet. It is aimed at children ages 7-12, whose native language is English and who are beginning to learn to read and write in Macedonian. The material builds from lesson to lesson, introducing each group of letters in isolation, showing the writing strokes for each letter, before using them together in words and sentences. No letters are used in words and sentences until they have been introduced in isolation. Each lesson is contained in a two-page spread and features color pictures, lines for practice, and exercises for matching, filling in the blank, and translation. Grammar is not introduced explicitly and cursive letters are not introduced. It is appropriate for absolute beginners who are learning with a parent, tutor, or teacher. No answer key is provided.
